easy healthy smoothie recipes

Although my blender is probably on it’s last leg, I’ve been making healthy smoothies and trying out new recipes every morning to get the day off started right.  Here are a few of my favorite smoothie recipes so far.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 dry oats
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • handful of ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 whole kiwis sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup halved strawberries
  • 1 Tbs agave syrup
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • handful of ice cubes

Very Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 2/3 cup halved strawberries
  • 1 Tbs agave syrup
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • handful of ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • handful of ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1 Tbs agave syrup

Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbs smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey

Tropical Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 sliced mango
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • small handful of raw baby carrots
  • 1 handful of ice
