I know this sounds crazy, but it’s delicious! (As long as you’re a cilantro fan, that is.) The sweetness from the pineapple balances out the cilantro flavors perfectly, and the salt is a great finishing touch.
What you need:
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- pinch of salt
Tear the leaves off of the cilantro and toss the stems. Blend up all these yummy ingredients together and pour into popsicle molds.
Have a cocktail while you wait for the popsicles to freeze – just mix your leftover pineapple cilantro mixture with a shot of Bombay Gin. Delish!
