I’ve been on the hunt for mason jars lately, stopping in thrift shops here and there and collecting one or two at a time. Then it finally occurred to me to ask my grandmother if she had any saved up. Sure enough, she was beyond excited to unload some of the boxes upon boxes of mason jars she has saved up in one of her storage rooms. I hauled them back home with me now I am so excited… four dozen of the pint size and four dozen of the quart size, all ready and waiting for craft time in my garage! I’ve been on the lookout for uses for vintage mason jars. The craft ideas are great, and I like the way people put ingredients in them to give for gifts with a recipe.
